How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data

The site has been rigorously security tested by Betfair. All web traffic with your information from the site is protected by SSL encryption and by verifying your logged in session against your user ID, sometimes your IP is also used to verify you. All data calls are logged and suspicious activity automatically blocked.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Upon any data breaches, all sensitive information will be deleted. After mitigating the cause of the breach the site will operate under a new set of security details from Betfair and everyone will be required to reconnect their Betfair accounts. Your account username, nor password are stored on the site or every known to us and therefore any potential attckers.

What third parties we receive data from

Data is received from Betfair - if you connect your account. This includes basic person information - name, balance and points balance. All betting data you generate via the site and that the automated engine makes on your behalf is stored. This is for your benefit not ours. This site is service for you to use and store your data on. If you wish to stop using it your data can be deleted on request. Closed accounts will have data deleted, this includes bets made and the details of those bets. We well hold information for 30 days to enable your to retrieve it and for any queries to be able to be answered, after that point we will have no means to deal with any information requests.
